To say we are excited is a massive understatement! Over the weekend Awards for All told us that we were successful. We now have sufficient funds to get Lyme Bay Radio going!
There is a lot of work to be done; building the “room-within-a-room” that is to be the sound-proofed studio, ordering all the equipment and services, installing and testing everything. We also have to find all those budding presenters and volunteers who want to be part of the radio station.
By the end of this week we hope to have made sufficient progress that we will be able to set a launch date! Suffice to say for now that it can’t come soon enough for those of us currently involved.
